Official e-Medical requirements include a letter on the Indian hospital’s letterhead with the suggested treatment or admission date. Check names and passport details in both the letter and application. Clarify the required format with the hospital.
Companion documents
Check the appropriate categories for the patient and companion and how they are linked on the official portal. Details must match the passport. Airline and transit-country requirements may also apply.
Bookings and the decision
Keep application and payment confirmations. The competent authority decides the visa outcome. Clarify the visa, appointment and fitness to fly before committing to non-refundable bookings. We coordinate paperwork; we do not issue visas.
