The form prepares text only in your browser. Medical files and form details are not sent to this website’s server. You send the message yourself in the chosen messenger. The site loads no advertising trackers of its own; the hosting service may retain technical logs.
Messengers and records
Telegram, WhatsApp, email services and hospitals have their own privacy terms. Agree which documents will be sent and to whom. Avoid putting unnecessary medical or passport information in the initial form.
Sharing with a hospital
We coordinate record review with hospitals you consent to share with. Ask in writing about the purpose, recipient, retention and deletion. Copies at a hospital and messenger backups are subject to their own policies.
