Copies and originals
Keep paper and phone copies separately. Bring the originals requested for your appointment, a medicine list and existing imaging. Tell the coordinator about missing materials in advance.
Agree the arrangements with Maya
Agree reception, interpretation, appointment time, contact details and service coverage in writing. An appointment does not itself confirm treatment or surgery.
