Existing records to prepare
Prepare records you already have. Do not order the listed tests yourself. Ask the hospital which documents and imaging formats are needed for review.
People with the same diagnosis may need different treatment plans. Medicines, operations and technologies must be discussed with the treating specialist. A coordinator does not provide medical advice; the role is to help with records, interpretation, appointments and logistics.
