Before booking flights

Documents and visa
Check passport and visa requirements on the official portal. Coordinate the hospital invitation and documents for the patient and companion. A treatment plan or invitation does not guarantee a visa.
On arrival
Keep the flight number, meeting point and local contact available. Agree the accommodation address, lift access, hospital distance and transport cost. Bring original records and your medicine list to the appointment.
During treatment
Ask the doctor to explain the diagnosis, options and important risks. Request interpretation when something is unclear. If the plan or estimate changes, clarify the reason and additional costs in writing. Keep all invoices and receipts.
Returning home
Collect the discharge summary, procedure report, imaging, medicine list and review dates. Ask the doctor which symptoms need local medical attention and whom to contact. Clarify arrangements for a later online consultation.
